The Women’s Health Edit: Hormones, Perimenopause, Menopause & Beyond

These events are held twice-yearly, and are popular events where women can learn what is happening in their bodies during the seasons of perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Many women are aware changes occur in their bodies, but they don't know why, or how. This knowledge helps empower women to truly understand the physiological changes occurring, and what treatment modalities are available for hormonal optimisation.
Our last women's health event was held at The Woodvale Tavern on Tuesday 13th October, 2026, and once again was an incredible success. These events are in-person gatherings all about women's health, which delve into hormones, explore the ups and downs of perimenopause, and facilitates open conversation around menopause, treatment modalities, and what comes after. It’s a relaxed space to learn about treatment modalities, share, and support each other through these life phases.
The resounding feedback after these events is "I had no idea that was happening inside my body". Women feel comfort knowing they are not the only ones feeling like they are 'going crazy' or experiencing symptoms that they did not know were in any way related to perimenopause or menopause.
Every attendee always leaves with a gift bag full of practical and useful items, and a load of new knowledge.
Keep an eye out on this page for information about the next up-coming and empowering women's health event, designed for real talk and genuine connections.
About the Host

Sandra Vinciguerra, Registered Nurse
Sandra is a Registered Nurse, women’s health advocate, and the founder of Revive & Renew in Kingsley.
With 16 years of nursing experience and a strong focus on women’s health, Sandra is passionate about helping women feel heard, informed and supported as they navigate the often complex changes of perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
For Sandra, this area of healthcare holds a particularly special place in her heart. Having experienced her own challenging journey through hormonal change, including what it feels like to have symptoms misunderstood or inadequately managed, she understands firsthand just how significantly this stage of life can affect a woman’s physical health, emotional wellbeing and sense of self.
That experience became a driving force behind the women’s health services at Revive & Renew.
Together with a team of experienced medical practitioners who share her passion for women’s health, Sandra is helping women better understand what is happening within their bodies, explore evidence-based treatment options, and most importantly, feel listened to. She has had the privilege of seeing women who had struggled for months or even years finally receive the support they needed, and watching the difference this can make to their quality of life is something she never takes for granted.
Sandra was named WA Nurse of the Year in 2023 and was a finalist in the 2026 Aesthetic Business Awards, recognition that reflects her commitment to nursing, patient care and creating a healthcare experience centred around the individual.
Her philosophy is simple: women deserve more than being told that their symptoms are “just part of getting older.” They deserve information they can trust, practitioners who listen, and the opportunity to feel like themselves again.
Through evenings like this, Sandra hopes to create a welcoming and honest space where women can ask questions, learn about their options and leave feeling empowered to advocate for their own health.
Because getting older is inevitable. Feeling unheard, dismissed or simply surviving your way through it shouldn’t be.
